Hi there,

CBT prepares you for the aptitudes. However, nothing on the personality issue.
It is true that you either have it or not, therefore not much point in preparing. However, anybody can shed some light on internet sources where I can read a little about (aviation specific / Lh italia) personality tests, maybe practice some examples,…,

Anybody has done the “psycho” test lately? Is it the standard “do you dream with killing your mother…” kind of questions?

Less obvious. It consists of several questions about ... nearly everything
Just answer them truly and everything will be fine

Practicing will not help you there. Far from it If some of your answers disagree, it will reduce your chance to pass this test extremely.

Keep cool - it's not as hard as the majority thinks

It's questions like "Are you satisfied with your lifestyle?"; "Have you ever deceived another person to achieve an advantage?" and so on.
Only "Yes" and "No" answers are possible, no scale to chose from.
The time for the test is particularly short, making spontaneous answering mandatory.
So, no, you can not really practice it
