wenn ich mich recht entsinne, wird bei der werbung (zumindest pokerstars) immer eindeutig darauf hingewiesen, dass (die deutsche) seite allein die möglichkeit zum playmoney-spiel bietet. damit ist die werbung legal. die deutsche software von pokerstars bietet wirklich nur die funktion, mit spielgeld zu spielen. aber das echtgeldspiel ist dann nur einen download weit weg. die internationale software .. aber von der ist in der werbung auch nich die rede

Glad it helped! From our experience, most reputable providers package standard regulatory updates and core compliance patches right into the ongoing maintenance or revenue share. However, if you are expanding into completely new regulated jurisdictions that require specialized local certifications or unique data residency setups, those custom legal adaptations are almost always billed separately. It really depends on your roadmap, so definitely clarify what is covered under standard support before signing.
